Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days, with standard delivery arriving within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer complimentary international shipping on orders of $500 or more. For orders under $500, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Alberto Luzzi is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier or email info@albertoluzzi.com for assistance.

Address Changes
We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been fulfilled. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
