Measure an existing ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger and is similar in band width.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the widest point of the ring. Do not include the metal edges.
  3. Compare the measurement with the inside-diameter column above.

Measure your finger

  1. Wrap a narrow strip of non-stretch paper around the base of the intended finger so it feels comfortably snug.
  2. Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.
  3. Compare that measurement with the inside-circumference column above.

For the most reliable result, measure at the end of the day and repeat the measurement. Wider bands can feel tighter than narrow bands.

If you are between sizes

Choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit. If you are selecting a wider band, allow a little extra room.
